I don’t know about you, but personally getting the skin off of chicken has been a headache for me since the time I started cooking. We all love that crispy chicken skin, but we know it’s totally bad for us. Next time you are making oven roasted chicken thighs, or even a simple soup – don’t forget to remove that chicken skin – and do it easily by using paper towels! Yes, just grab one sheet of paper towel and wrap it around the piece of chicken you want the skin off of. Then using the other side of the paper towel, grab the chicken skin, hold on and pull. That paper towel gives you the grip you thought you lost. Chicken = 0 Humans = 1.
